FOOD IS GOOD!!!!

WELL…MOST PEOPLE ARE OBSSSESSED WITH FOOD AND COOKING AND ALL…WHAT ABOUT ME?? I WOULDN’T CALL MYSELF A FOOD FANATIC (because trust me,my favourite food is actually a beverage,TEA!!!) NEITHER WOULD I CALL MYSELF A MASTER OF THE KITCHEN BUT I SURE KNOW MY WAY AROUND…SOOOO,I MADE A TYPICAL THAILAND DELICACY,FRIED RICE AND DECIDED TO SHARE IT WITH YOU GUYS…HERE WE GO!!!

 1.INGREDIENTS

Well of course the main thing is the rice…then your veggies (actually any veggie would do but you might want to consider carrots,green,red & yellow pepper,spring onions,onions)…SOY SAUCE is very essential so don’t forget to make some available,oil,meat (any type but i recommend chicken/cow *vegans can use mushrooms as a sub)

2.PREPARATION

  • Cut all veggies into tiny bits

  • Cut meat into tiny pieces and steam with little spices
  • Cook rice to about 80% cooked (thus,not very soft) and allow to cool

  • Add just a little bit of oil into a saucepan and add all veggies,meat and rice (*stir *low temperature)
  • Now, add a reasonable amount of your soy sauce to the mixture
  • Stir until the mixture is even
  • Dish out mixture unto a large surface area (i used a serving stray)

  • Wait for mixture to cool down
  • add little amount of oil into a frying pan
  • Then add your mixture into frying pan in bits (NB:adding large amounts won’t give you the perfect results..also fry at high temperature….don’t over fry the mixture and make sure to stir mixture between constant intervals)

SERVE OUT DISH WHILE HOT

THIS DISH AIN’T HARD TO PREPARE AND IT’S A FAST WAY TO MAKE UP SOMETHING FOR FRIENDS WHO ARE SPONTANEOUSLY COMING OVER OR EVEN THE FAMILY WHEN YOU ARE A LATE WORKER………
